How in the world is this question related to the summary of your post??? Isn't
that the same question you asked in your other post ("receive speed down after
transfer a while")? Not sending an answer to a post often means I don't have a
clue. I'm not responding "I don't know" to every post where this is the case.
If everyone did that, this list would get much more mails :-)
