I ran the windows example and it also stops at "Attempting to open interface 
number ##" where ## is configNETWORK_INTERFACE_TO_USE value.

My dos window shows 7 adapters and I tried all numbers but none of them pass 
that "attempting" state.  Below is the print out.

The interface that will be opened is set by configNETWORK_INTERFACE_TO_USE which
 should be defined in FreeRTOSConfig.h

Is there some other settings that I need to set for this demo to work?
