Yes, I like gcc cos it is open source. Also I use CoIDE wich has GCC as compiler. 
I'd be very pleased if you could share the lwIP + FreeRTOS part.

I have one, but it is not published yet.  The lwIP stuff is all done,
but I am putting in other non TCP/IP related stuff too.  It uses
LPCXpresso/GCC, is that an good to you?
