Only a slight complaint: In the release, there are
2 files that probably should not belong in a clean STABLE release:

lwip-1.3.1\src\.hgignore        
       - so you don't like CVS after all, eh?

lwip-1.3.1\src\core\#tcp_out.c#      
 - whatever that is

I don't wanna look like a nit-picker, but it's a release
version...

Anyway, thanks to all folks involved in getting LwIP
so far!
