Take a look to the win32 port. Set in the lwipcfg_msvc.h LWIP_HTTPD_APP=1. You could reach the web server with http://<your_ip_device> or http://NETBIOSLWIPDEV if you also have set LWIP_NETBIOS_APP=1.

The app example in contrib gives the httpserver code and http_init for Raw usage.  But there is nothing given for how to setup the main function or other polling/processing tasks needed.  Are there complete examples for HTTP raw server setup anywhere?
