Probably StellarisWare complete, (I use older Driver Lib software, I don't know the new version), it is Lwip port to Luminary with httpserver_raw example, but if you don't use Luminary it will be easier to use directly contrib module with the same example.

Luminary Micro has nice working demo with raw api with Lwip 1.3, see
