There is a port of lwIP 1.3.0 for MS visual studio 6.0 in the contrib folder in
CVS. You can download it via anonymous CVS access (see
http://savannah.nongnu.org/cvs/?group=lwip).
As Kieran said, there won't be much upport for v1.1.0...
