[lwip-users] compile problems of SDT when upgrade to version 1.1.0

[earth 2150]

Some macro defined in cc.h works well in lwip 0.7.1
but when I replace ALL the files contained in lwip 1.1.0 archive, compiling 
with armcc in SDT, there are some errors.

Here are they:(I haven't rename of the folder lwip-0.7.1)
