Announcement
I have completed the port of lwIP 0.7.1 to XMK.
XMK is an open source (BSD license) RTOS for microcontrollers. The
lwIP/XMK port will run on all platforms that XMK is ported to - the
caveat being the low level LAN driver. Currently the only LAN
controller supported is the SMSC91C96 LAN. There is direct support (i.e.
example projects) for the following eval boards:
edosk2674 - Hitachi H8S-2674 MCU @33Mhz.
esp-hbdb01 - Hitachi H8S-2329 MCU @20Mhz.
In addition, due to the layering of XMK operating system, the original
lwIP/Unix/TAPDEV interface is preserved so lwIP/XMK applications can
still be developed/tested on your Unix box before moving to actual
target hardware.
The lwip/XMK port has not yet been officially released (probably within
the next 2 weeks), but is available via Shift-Right's public Perforce
server.
FYI: Adam Dunkel's uIP TCP/IP stack has also been ported to XMK.
