[lwip-users] new CVS module

There's a new CVS module on savannah named contrib.
It is where ports of lwIP will live.They're still in the lwip module too
but will be removed eventually.
Currently the existing ports were copied and David's coldfire port was added.

Check it out and use it just like the core lwip module only specify contrib 
instead of lwip
for the module name while checking out.
