Hello,

I've committed a fixed etharp.c into the CVS. It fixes some of the issues
discussed on the list, and some others I have discovered by
a code audit.

It solves a memory leaks we where experiencing (other than the
ones reported by Martin Glunz). Martin Glunz fix #2 is still not
implemented.

Also, Florian's #include for MSVC are now #ifdef'd, so most arch's will not
need changes.
