hi,
  i have been trying to get Toni Lopez's ppp port on DOS to work with 
lwip. i am able to establish a connection with ppp. 
  but when i send a SYN with the options as in tcp_connect() i'm 
receving a RST from the peer. the packet at the peer displays the mss 
option correctly(mss = 128). The peer is a linux RH6.2. i looked into 
the code of tcp ip in linux and found (maybe wrong!) that he was 
sending a reset because of the socket being dead (that's what he 
says!). 
  i am trying to connect to port 25 and SMTP was running at the peer 
end.
any inputs?
