Hello

If anyone is interested I have ported UIP to Philips 89C664 (8051) with Keil
7.01 and have created a loopif interface and loop application.

If you are struggling to get to grips with tcp/ip then the simpler UIP is a
good way to understand the tcp/ip packet structures and handshaking that
takes place between 2 devices.

Also UIP compiles to about 8K as opposed to 54K for lwip (Yes, I know UIP
has less features), which means it can run on really low resource devices.

My next step is to get UIP running with UCOS.
