[lwip-users] [lwip] more struct packing.

Hi all,

    ARP does not work for me (Nios CPU) unless I pack "struct ip_addr" 
in ipv4/lwip/ip_addr.h also.  Othewise, ip_addr_cmp and other operations 
see the address shifted 2 bytes.
