Ok, patch is attached. It's a little bit bigger then necessary because the
lwip sources are also check in in a anonther cvs with different versions
numbers.

The amiga port stuff is not included because I don't think it should be part
of the official lwip source.

The patch adds the raw sockets. All APIs, the raw api and the netconn api as
well as the bsdsocket layer supports it. New defines in lwipopts.h are
LWIP_RAW and MEMP_NUM_RAW_PCB.
