Follow-up Comment #4, bug #45029 (project lwip):

Actually now I'm seeing that in some cases it is not cast directly (e.g.
netconn_bind)

so I'm wondering if we should change addresses in netif to ip_addr_t, or I
guess we need to suck it up and provide storage addresses when doing
operations such as bind.
