As I said earlier, I'm planning to add an example page plus handler functions 
for SSI, CGI and POST before 1.4.1 is released to make the usage of the httpd 
clearer. I know it can be annoying to only see the code without too much 
documentation, but I haven't found the time to do so, yet :-(
