Details:

Can "LWIP_TCPIP_CORE_LOCKING" solve the problem of multiple threads
read/write?

Recently, I would like to add an SSL VPN virtual network interface on lwip,
it must use multiple threads read/write, so I want to know, is there still
have some potential problem in "LWIP_TCPIP_CORE_LOCKING"?
