Follow-up Comment #1:
Done:
- Ports don't have to add a loopif netif on their own now any more, this is
done in netif_init() if LWIP_HAVE_LOOPIF==1
- If the loopif is enabled, all loopback packets (also the ones sent to a
netif's own address) lead to adjusting stats- and snmp-counters on the loopif,
not on the actual netif.
