Hi,
Why is LWIP_CHKSUM_ALGORITHM defined to 1 by default ?
This code seems rather inefficient, and I think algorithm 2 should
always be always faster.
I didn't know that about these options, so I updated
http://lwip.wikia.com/wiki/Porting_for_an_OS#cc.h
