Follow-up Comment #1:

This was introduced last august when fixing bug #20903 (TCP callbacks called
with invalid conn after close).

Since I can easily image that bug (20903) to happen, I'll change it to
setting the callbacks to NULL before calling tcp_close and re-setting them to
the correct value only if tcp_close fails.
