Does anyone know why udp lite pcbs use the chksum_len member of udp_pcb
and how it is set? Directly by setting the variable or never?
I think we could need a switch to leave UDPLITE support away, that would
make the UDP processing a little faster if you know you don't use
UDPLITE.
