Follow-up Comment #18, bug #19347 (project lwip):

About synchrone calling, I don't have put anything in this draft to do it. In
tcpip_netifapi, you can see this line :

sys_mbox_fetch(apimsg->msg.conn->mbox, NULL);

Of course, it's necessary a add a semaphore or a mailbox in netifapi_msg to
wait end of process (Semaphore is the best think to do I think).
