Follow-up Comment #4, bug #19157 (project lwip):

I can confirm that Christiaan's change doesn't solve this problem. When he
commit that, I have try to disable my patch (which is not commited) and I
always got problem.

Because even if you force tcp_output in do_close, first, I have to call
netconn_close (which is not done in sockets layer in CVS release), second,
you can't be sure that last segments are received & acknowledged by peer...

So, that why I don't have yet propose a patch for that (mine, is not very
nice - working for me - but not very nice).
