[lwip-devel] Patch list

I plan to go through the patch list and do a bit of applying/purging.
Could the other developers please help in this by having a quick look
over them and see if there are:

 - patches that are particularly important
 - patches that you think are bad.

The latter is particularly helpful as I'd rather not have to then back
things out, and the more eyes we have looking the more likely we are to
spot problems up front.
