[lwip-devel] bug reports now appear here

Hello all,

I have done some administration on the lwip-devel list:

- seems that there was a backlog of unmoderated messages (even my 1.1.1 
announcement), blame me for not having enough time to keep an eye on it.

- From now on, bug reports entered through the bug tracker (which come 
from some invalid address at gnu.org) are now let through on the 
lwip-devel list.

I hope this will make a easier for us to actually track and fix the bugs :-)
