Summary: lwip_ioctl FIONREAD patch

Original Submission: After playing around with lwip on a embedded device for a
while i suspects lwip_ioctl with FIONREAD command misbehave a little. My only
reference is winsock2, but please do not flame me if its winsock2 misbehavior.

Before this patch ioctl-FIONREAD assumes that last call to recv read everything.

Applied patch makes even the data left behind in last recv call count.

/maq (excuse my non native english)
