Summary: naming problem
Original Submission: the naming of global/local variables, and naming of
structures used too many same words
for example, "mem" is a name of a structure and be used
everywhere in mem.c as local variables
and the macro SIZEOF_STRUCT_MEM used "mem" to calculate the
size of this structure. this made the code dangerous potentially.
I suggest to establish a rule for naming and is doing that,
I expect lwip better in later version
