What is the version of kernel came with LTIB / BSP?
I mean do you want to upgrade the current kerenl version to 2.6.25?
The kernel upgradation is possible using LTIB tool framework.
but as you mentioned you are new to this LTIB world, so providing above answer would help
to write you in correct direction.

i am new to the LTIB world... i have downloaded the ISO file of LTIB from freescale website. http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/overview.jsp?nodeId=0127260061033202A9  “ this gives BSP for my  board with MCF5474 controller. i would like to know how to compile a linux version 2.6.25 using this LTIB.
ne inputs on this much appreciated.
