Subject: | [Ltib] Installation problems with Fedora FC10 (rpmb and mtd utils) |

I am having some troubles with installation (i.e. the first
run) of ltib. The OS is 32-bit Fedora 10, and with both the 6.x and 8.x tarballs
and a cvs checkout, I am failing the dependencies check. Despite rpm-build
being installed, ltib claims it isn’t – I think this is because it
is searching for /usr/lib/rpm/rpmb. This file doesn’t seem to be in FC10’s
rpm-build, nor can I find which package it *is*
in. I don’t know if rpmb itself is actually needed, so
this next step may be invalid. But anyway, I commented out the rpm-build check
and tried again (on an up-to-date cvs checkout). I am now getting an error: + cd /opt/ltib/usr/src/rpm/BUILD + cd mtd + make -C util make: Entering directory
`/opt/ltib/usr/src/rpm/BUILD/mtd/util' gcc -I../include -O2 -Wall -g -c -o ftl_format.o

with help to debug it)? Thanks. |
