just a few minor observations from reading this:
http://www.bitshrine.org/LTIB_generic_v1.4_-_version_6.4.1.pdf
1) in terms of installation, p. 12 talks about using "perl netinstall"
which grabs the latest CVS version, which is a good thing. p. 13
talks about alternatively getting a tarball, but should probably
strongly recommend doing a "cvs up -Pd" on the tarball contents. the
stock 6.2.2 tarball fails on a fedora 9 system, but a CVS-updated tree
seems to be building fine.
2) while that doc makes numerous references to the install dest
directory /opt/freescale, the latest LTIB uses /opt/ltib instead. not
a big deal, just being picky.
that's all for now.
