Hi Mark,

The documentation installation failure is due to the version of the
tetex and texinfo packages on the build machine that you are using.  The
latest binutils spec file has a hack to prevent the documentation from
getting built which will prevent this problem from happening.  The new
spec file hasn't been merged out to the savannah site yet, but I've
attached the spec file for you.  There is a perl in line edit to prevent
the documentation from getting built which you need to put in your spec
file,
