Hi Mattias,

I just looked at this branch and something is actually failed in your
sequences as line 437 looks like this in my copy:

# run the requested mode
&{"f_" . $cf->{mode}}()
                    or die("\n\nf_$cf->{mode}() returned an error, exiting\n");

If you want to try to track this down can you reduce this to a test case
for me and/or run your sequence and capture the output and send it to me
(off list), for example:

$ ./ltib -m clean
$ ./ltib --batch --preconfig _some_config_ 2>&1 | tee logfile
$ gzip logfile
# email it to me.
