[Ltib] add user to passwd

Hello,

I would like to add a user to passwd, namely "messagebus". My first try 
was to do it in the dbus spec file by adding a line if it does not 
exist. I have realised, however, that this package does not know of 
/etc/passwd during its build. Who else "owns" the passwd and how and 
where can I add the messagebus user?
