Yes, for @Math, set the basefont option.

Unfortunately, this doesn't work for @M.

I tried modifying mathf:

def @Math
    named symbolfont    { Symbol Base }
    named basefont      { Schoolbook Base  }

...

macro @M { @HContract @VContract @Math basefont{Schoolbook Base} initialstyle { 
"text" } }


and this works fine for @Math but seems to have no effect on @M.

Any suggestions?
