is misplaced - it is outside the book, in no-man's land.
I am not quite sure what you are trying to do, but if
my guess is right, then you need to delete this line and
change the line in the book file to
@RunningStartOddFoot { @CopyRight 2001 -- @Date @Format address@hidden }
