Subsection number

Hi everybody,

I'm writing a paper and They didn't want the subsection number
preceded by the section number in the subsection titles, e.g.:

II. ThisIsTheSectionTitle

A. ThisIsTheFirstSubSectionTitle

B. ThisIsTheSecondSubSectionTitle...

May I ask you to help me? What should I write in myreport.lout file.
This is what I did since now.
