Try using a @Strut

# Jeff gave me this:
def @Strut { 0.5w @VShift 1f @High }

@List
@address@hidden
@address@hidden
@address@hidden
@address@hidden
@address@hidden
@EndList

Note that if any list item takes up more than one line you'll need more
@Struts---one for each line. For example, if they will take up one or
two lines put a @Strut at the start and end of each item.
