I had a problem with Acrobat scaling and messing up the margins and ligatures 
on the Ghostscript producted pdf file.  I set Acrobat to a manual scaling mode 
and the results improved.  The inkjet printers we have did not have a problem 
with Acrobat scaled files, but the copier did.
