Lout and Making @PageType a parameter of @Document etc.

I've looked at including @PageType as a parameter of @Document
et al., but the number of extra parameters I would then have
to pass around to all kinds of strange places seems to me to
be excessive.  As an alternative, consider setting up

    lout --'@PageType{Letter}'

as an alias in your system.
