It's already there for cross-links within the document, e.g. from
the table of contents and index into the body of the document.  I
guess though you are talking about a random URL, which has not been
done.  Something like

    { Computer Science } @LinkTo "http://www.cs.usyd.edu.au/";

do you mean?
