I'm using lout - but I am still learning it. I think it's a fascinating
processor, perhaps I should have mentioned it before in this list, in
fact I was preparing a cheer to Jeffrey Kingston because lout seems to
be the solution to a couple of problems I had. (Just started to re-read
the license and all that.)
Then, before mailing a problem I prefer trying to figure it out by
myself. The footnote-columns and the updating apart, up to now I could
do anything by myself, and this is a _great_ advantage of lout and its
documentation. The user's manual is great. This is one of the good
sides of lout, that the normal needs of a writer are so easily learned
"&" practiced. Thus, few mails by erich (still not being able to give
advice to other people). At least by the extension of this mail you see
that I'm interested in the lout-list.
OK. I admit that some of the topics here are still beyond my scope.
Just wait a bit, and I'll join if the opinions of a mere user are
welcome.
Best,
erich.
