Ah yes, you'd need to delay the pipeline. There could be
a solution: keeping the input file, and the database, in RAM
and dumping them to stdout at the end of the process, and
conversely on stdin. Would solve the problem of corrupted
DBs with DBs existing only in memory.
Seems a bit overkill though, I think I'll live with a script.
