Another try:
this evening another try:
I stopped using Index,
and changed all the references from index to IndexB.
Now I have only IndexA and IndexB, no Index.
(The initial fontsize is 12p)
When I set the fontsize of IndexA and IndexB to 12p, all is perfect:
Three pages of references each, with an apropriate headline on top
of the first page each.
When I set the fontsize of both to 10, the same layout-bug is there.
(Headline of IndexB on top of the last (3) page of references for
IndexA).
