HFill?

I've stumbled across something that I have no idea how to do. I'd like
to create a bunch of lines that look something like this:

Some Random Text.......................(Something Else)
Some More Random Text..................(Yet More Elses)

In essence, the text on the left should be flush with the left margin
and the text on the right should be flush with the right margin, with
the space in-between being dynamically generated.

I know in LaTeX I can use \hfill to achieve this effect. Is this
possible with Lout?

Also, I'm not a member of this list, so I would greatly appreciate it if
any responses are also cc'd to me.

Thanks in advance...
