The book document type generates (potentially infinite) list of places
for chapters to appear in. The symbol that does this is named
@ChapterList. The @Chapter is a galley that is targeted to the
@ChapterList&&preceding - a place where it will appear in the printed
ouput. For some reason Lout cannot find an instance of a @ChapterList
that precedes the invocation of @Chapter. This is the meaning of the
error message.
