Update: lout mailing list and lout home page have new addresses

Dear lout list subscribers.

Probably many of you have already noticed that list messages now come
to you from <address@hidden>. This is because of structural
reorganization that is going on in our department. We used to be a
computing centre of Institute for Physics (NIIF) but this autumn our
group was promoted and a campus NOC was formed.

Please update your address books and bookmarks with the new addresses:

    Mailing List:
        address@hidden                  - submissions
        address@hidden          - requests (program)
        address@hidden                  - complaints (human)
        address@hidden                  - same as above

    Lout Home Page and List Archives:
        http://www.ptc.spbu.ru/~uwe/lout/               - home page
        http://www.ptc.spbu.ru/mail-archives/lout/      - web archive

The old address for the list will still work for a long time. In fact
this is just the same machine that serves as a mail-hub for both PTC
and NIIF and we'll hardly get a new one in the near future.

OTOH, although the lout home page is still accessible at www.niif but
mail archives are not. The www.niif will migrate to a different
machine soon and both these pages will no longer be available at their
old addresses.

I'm sorry for whatever inconvenience it causes.
