questions and suggestion about graph

I'm just having a proper chance to use Jeff's graph package.

I have a couple of problem with point symbols. For me, on both
Ghostscript and our HP IV printer, the "cross" point symbol comes out
as two slanted lines (SW <-> NE), one about the other. Also, when I
request a "triangle" I get a typecheck error when I execute the lout
output. Despite this, the @GraphTriangle and @GraphCross commands
work fine. Is this a bug? Do I have an old version (I have 1.0)?

Initially when I tried the "xmin" and "xmax" options I thought they
weren't working, until I discovered I needed to set "xticksep" to make
them work. It would be nice if this dependency were not there, or at
least it was documented.

I've constructed keys for my graphs in the manner suggested in the
documentation. While they look good and I've appreciated having the
freedom to put what I want there, I have often been caught out by the
key symbols not matching the symbols on the graph. A more automated
key would be a real asset for me.

A couple I've times I have wanted to reuse data sets. I be interested
to know what method people think is best to achieve this? A macro?

Lastly I like to say I'm really happy with the way the output of the
graph package looks. Thanks Jeff.

Aaron.
