Just to say that I really do use Lout all the time, that my Honours
students used it just recently to produce their theses, that it could
do with more flexible citation definitions but these could easily be
added (it's on my list (sigh)), and that I find ghostview perfectly
usable although it is a little slow.

The only time I don't use Lout is for letters.  This is because at
present my only access to the departmental letterhead is via troff.
