Running the XSL-FO code under 'wine' is so cumbersome that I didn't
actually do it here, but I understand what you mean. Arguably it's not
so bad to split a ten- or twenty-line paragraph from a literary work
(as used demonstratively for 'sample2ipp'); but in the business world
these paragraphs are more likely to average about three lines long,
and splitting them, I'm afraid, would look careless. It's worth going
to considerable extra effort to avoid splitting paragraphs--e.g., it's
certainly worth spending one full extra week to get this right.
